Refund Policy
Last updated September 6, 2026
unordinary sells access to downloadable source code. This policy explains when refunds are available. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions
You can cancel a recurring plan at any time from your billing portal, and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. We generally do not refund partial periods after a renewal, but if something went wrong, get in touch and we’ll try to make it right.
2. Lifetime purchases
Because a lifetime purchase unlocks immediate, permanent access to downloadable source, refunds are limited. We may offer a refund within a short window after purchase if you have not extensively downloaded source — contact us and we’ll review your request.
3. Consumer withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. For digital content, that right can end once downloading begins where you have expressly consented and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right. Where the law grants you a non-waivable right, this policy does not limit it.
4. How to request a refund
Email billing@unordinary.app from the address on your account, with your order details and the reason. We aim to respond within a few business days.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is an error, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. Abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension under our Terms of Service.
