Terms of Service
Last updated September 6, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of unordinary (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
unordinary provides a subscription library of premium web components — sections, animations, transitions and buttons — delivered as source code in multiple formats. What you may do with that source is set out in our License.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created when you purchase a plan. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method (password or magic link) secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your email address current, as it is how you access and recover your account.
3. Plans, billing and renewal
Recurring plans (quarterly and yearly) renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); prices are shown before purchase and may exclude taxes, which are applied where required. We may change prices prospectively, with notice for renewals.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel a recurring plan at any time from your billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current paid period; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods except as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- redistribute, resell, or sublicense the component source code;
- publish the source publicly, or include it in a template, library or product whose primary value is those components;
- share your account or credentials with others;
- attempt to bulk-download the catalog, circumvent access controls, or remove watermarks.
6. Intellectual property
The components, the Service, and all related materials are owned by unordinary and its licensors. Your purchase grants you a license to use the components (see the License); it does not transfer ownership.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the License. On termination, your right to download further source ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability) continue.
8. Disclaimers
The Service and components are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, unordinary will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or on this page, and continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law rules. Questions? Contact legal@unordinary.app.
